Ann Liu began her photography journey seven years ago, after moving to Seattle and becoming a mother. What started as documenting her child’s everyday life soon grew into a lifelong passion — the art of capturing subtle expressions, quiet emotions, and genuine human connections within a fleeting moment.

Over the years, Ann has learned to create art intuitively, adapting her approach to match each person’s unique energy and personality. She loves the challenge of working within limited time and space, finding beauty and authenticity in every frame.

Ann specializes in photographing editorial photography, and her work has been published worldwide. She knows how to pose and make clients comfortable in front of her camera. And she got such a great eye that she really knows what looks good on everyone!

Having recently relocated — and knowing that life will continue to bring change — Ann keeps exploring and refining her artistic voice, seeking a balance between emotion, light, and storytelling that feels distinctly hers.

As her child grows, Ann finds her perspective evolving too.
